These are one of the VERY few products that actually fit small depth file drawers! They fit down to 18". I found them very easy to put together (just a screwdriver) and they are sturdy. Simple and not flimsy. The only con would be that I have white painted drawers in my home office and the metal rubs against the bottom of the drawers, just slightly, and you get some gray marks. But, hey, it's inside the drawer - so who really cares, right? Anyway, these are altogether a great buy!
