This is a very heavy large fence-like mesh metal grocery cart. It has the capacity, and the front turnable wheels, but it is very cumbersome. Even folded, it's very large. And still very heavy.
The front turnable wheels are well-set with the reinforced brackets, but steering the cart is not easy, especially when loaded with grocery bags. It is better to pull the loaded cart, tipped, on its rear wheels.
All told, had this been in hand before purchase, it would not have been purchased.
Not to say it is not a good product, but having it does show it's really not the one expected, from the pictures seen.
