I live on the east coast and we are experiencing sporatic power outages due to the storms from the past few days. I purchased my illumaguard several weeks ago and when the power went out last night my light flickered off and immediately came back on. I turned it off when I went to bed and early this morning when I woke up to no power I turned it back on. It's amazing. It lit up my family room, kitchen and stairs. I turned it off when it got light out and since then the power has been restored and the illumaguard is recharging. This is truly a great product and works exactly as advertised.
