The chair came with defects such as, ripped backing and scratched arm rests. After putting it together the chair sits crooked. Iv taken it apart and put it back together and it still is crooked. The price was reasonable, but I guess you get what you pay for. Purchased this chair for my boss, who has a bad back, and this definitely made it worse. He sat in it for about 3 days and then reverted back to his old chair.
