I ordered this dresser even though there was another poor review. Big mistake! While I like the look and quality of the dresser, it was delivered with a broken piece. One of the large boards was broken in half. The break had obviously happenend before the final packaging. I ordered a replacement part, thinking that it was inconvenient, but whatever. Then the replacement part arrived - also broken!!! The company that sent the replacement part was a horrible to work with once I had a problem. They were slow to respond, and very unhelpful. At this point I am waiting for another replacement board.... as I am not sure how to return all of this heavy stuff to Amazon. And who is responsible for packing it all back up? I guess that would be me, and I am 9 months pregnant right now. VERY unhappy with this experience!
