I was looking for a floor lamp that was of excellent quality and with a unique, contemporary design. After looking at numerous websites and literally hundreds of floor lamps, I settled on the Possini Euro Design Tapered Torchiere Floor Lamp. Although the price was a bit of a turn-off, I fell in love with the looks of this lamp and decided to go for it. It arrived in about a week and was very easy to assemble. Three pieces just screw together. This is also a very heavy lamp that takes two strong arms to move. I like the heavy weight. The lamp has a sliding dimmer so I bought a 150 watt bulb which gives me plenty of dim options. I am very happy with my purchase.
