Poor instructions, parts not labeled. When we got to step 7, the holes would not line up. We took everything apart back to step 3 and started again. Still could not line the holes up. We had to undue step 3 and 4 - jump to step 7 and 8, and then back up to step 3 and 4 to get things lines up. At the final steps 11 & 12 - holes would not line up again. We had to take apart and switch things around several times before we could find the holes that would line up. It is a nice cart, looks pretty put together, hopefully it holds up. Shame on SAFCO for not having better instructions and labeling the parts, and for having quality assurance that everything lines up. Also, we placed a call to SAFCO for support and didn't received a call back, at least not as of yet and it has been about 2 hours since call was placed.
