Metal Keyboard Platform is designed to hold a keyboard and allow room for a mouse pad. Nonarticulating platform only moves front to back. Platform does not tilt or swivel. Surface is positioned 3" below bottom of work surface. Minimum clearance for mounting is 32-1/2" wide x 15" deep.

While it is slightly pricey for what you get it is the cheapest over-sized keyboard tray out there. Overall very sturdy construction (made entirely out of metal) and it is more than wide enough for a full sized keyboard and mouse pad / mouse. For some reason this did not come with nuts so I had to buy some at a local Home Depot (not a big deal, but slightly inconvenient). The vertical mount height is adjustable (4 settings) and you can flip the tray 180 degrees (you can have the protruding edge in the front or back, but the back makes most sense IMO).
