I got the chair and was amazed. Leather, armrests, and a tall enough back to rest your head on. The only thing that ruined the experience, though, was that the chair didn't fit under my desk. So, I took the wheels off and now it's the perfect height! Before, I would try to tilt back but my feet would just push the chair back (even with the resistance all the way down). But with no wheels that's no problem! I like this chair, a lot.
