HON Ignition HIWM3 Mid Back Management Chair - Black Frame - 27.5" x 42.5" x 45.5" - Fabric Black Seat Review

We have 12 similar to this in our conference room and we liked them enough to get more for daily office chairs. The mesh back is great for support and air flow. I prefer these chairs to the more expensive HM Aeron chairs we had been purchasing. The adjustable arms are great and the seat cushion is good (my legs don't fall asleep or hurt like the did with the Aeron chairs). It has all of the adjustments you would expect as well as a tilt lock so you don't feel like you are going to fall backwards out of your chair. One of the plastic parts that was essentially cosmetic broke in shipment but it was easy enough to glue in place that we did not bother to return the chair (packaging could be better). We will definitely purchase more of these in the future.
