Terrible. Package damaged with wooden side having big hole in it. Also picture and discription indicate a 4 level book case. Only a two level book case was sent. Difficult contacting anazon to get this fixed. Very convoluted process!Still waiting to get correct item. Terrible. In the future I would avoid amazon and spend a little more and get it from a furniture store. Soo disappointed!
