I was very excited with my purchase of the resin stacking chair and excited to use it for a desk chair in my master bedroom. When the chair arrived, it was in great shape, no scratches and covered well but it did not look at all like what I expected. There were numerous, very visible bubbles within the frame of the chair almost giving it a lava lamp appearance. I had not planned to use a seat cushion but the seat of the chair is so plastic in appearance that it does not look good without a cover. You can also see the glue through the resin where the legs are attached. While you do have to look closely to notice this imperfection, I wanted to let potential buyers know about it. While sturdy and pretty from across the room, once you are within a foot or two from the chair the bubbles and cheap appearance of the plastic seat is very apparent. I will be sending it back to exchange for another chair.
