What can I say about the product...it's a office chair after all. It functions as designed, therefore I give it average marks.
However, I can't say enough about Flash Furniture's customer service. I need a replacement seat due to a broken metal bracket inside the seat itself, which rendered the chair unusable. I notified them of the problem, and they sent me a new seat which I received in two days. Chair back in business!
