I was not going to buy this item because of a bad review. I as so glad I purchased it anyway. It came with several mounts with different angles, but I could use the simple mount that was about the size of a double shot glass. All I had to do was remove the bolt holding passenger seat, but the bolt in the mount, and re-tighten. It took less than a minute mount it and then all I needed to do was to adjust the tray to the position I wanted. I have a Toyota Prius and a small laptop. This mount may not be the best for a large laptop in a large truck.

The other review did say the aluminum tray was glued to the bracket and that is true. If it ever did come loose I can bolt it down but so far the Florida sun hasn't hurt it and my guess is it never will.

If you have a small car and a small laptop I don't think could do better at this price. Shipping was fast too!
