I purchased this cart on Amazon and received it at work yesterday-Dec 12th. I put the front wheels on per the directions, which was not an easy task due to the design flaw of this cart; then I opened the liner to attach it. Please note that liner attaches to the cart frame via flimsy velcro strips. I took the cart home and waited to use it today for the 1st time. Mind you it was the first and last time because the darn thing broke on me in the middle of a busy intersection coming from Target with my items. First, the metal tab of one of the front wheels bent, bending the wheel inside itself and not able to roll. So I had to revert to pulling the cart behind me. Then due to the weight of the items I had [about 40 lbs], which included some canned goods for human & pet, the liners 'securing' the liner completely broke away from the liner itself; the broken velcro strips were still attached to the cart frame. Traffic stopped while I dragged the liner onto the sidewalk. I called a neighbor who came to pick me up. I have only been home 1/2 hour. Please note that I had less than 80 lbs [cart's published weight limit] of items. Also, I have always used portable folding carts when shopping because I don't drive. I have never had this happen to me. It was to needless to say, embarrassing. I gave this item 1 star because the idea behind the cart is a good one, but the cart itself receives 0 stars; it is not meant for anything greater than light laundry, so grocery shopping is a no no. The big design flaw lies in the fact that the front wheels need an axle like the rear wheels to keep them from bending in on themselves. I just through $75 down the drain. Now I'm leaving to go and buy an Easy O'Wheels shopping cart from the store.
