When I ordered this chair, or any other office chairs for that matter, I make sure that the size of the seat is what I need. This one not only was in the Big & Tall section of the ordering, but they claimed that the seat was 24 1/2 " in width, which it is only 21 3/4" and that the depth was 21 1/2 " and it was only 18 1/2 ". Plus some of the plastic was either cracked or put in the box broken! The handle for the lift of the chair was broken. But, other than that it was fairly easy to put together.
