The shape of the seat is good (a little wider at the front than I would like), it has a pull handle in the front, the air suspension is good and the height adjustment is good. But my complaint is lack of cushion where it is needed most. (back half of the saddle.) There is just very little cushion and for sitting long times on this chair it's a little painful.

Ended up returning it. Never really felt comfortable.
